England Golf Awards 2025 – Nominations Now Open
The England Golf Awards 2025, sponsored by FootJoy, are set to return on Wednesday, 2 April, at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate. This glamorous event will feature 12 prestigious awards and the induction of new members into the England Golf Hall of Fame.
Nominations are now open for individuals, clubs, and counties that have gone above and beyond in 2024 to grow and promote the game.
A New Category: Facility of the Year
In recognition of the progress made in making golf more inclusive and accessible, a new award category has been introduced: Facility of the Year. This award celebrates the achievements of an outstanding golf facility that has made significant contributions to the sport.
Last year, during England Golf’s Centenary celebration at The Midland Manchester Hotel, 12 inaugural members were inducted into the England Golf Hall of Fame. The 2025 awards will see more legends added to this exclusive list.

A Celebration of Excellence
Jeremy Tomlinson, Chief Executive of England Golf, reflected on the importance of the event:
“We’ve celebrated and enjoyed a very special Centenary Year, as well as heralding another progressive year for promoting the sport of golf in England. Our England Golf team, alongside clubs, counties, and thousands of volunteers, continue to inspire not only more people to participate but also more people who are happy to refer to themselves as golfers.
“We are looking forward to welcoming the shining lights of 2024 to the awards in April, where we will celebrate all the performances and amazing work of the countless volunteers within the game.”
