Ellesmere Port Golf Club Unveils New Era for 2025

ELLESMERE Port Golf Club is thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in its history under the dynamic leadership of a new director of golf, Sean Green.

With Sean C Green Golf Ltd now signed on as equity partners, the club is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance facilities, enrich member experiences, and strengthen community ties.

Green brings a wealth of expertise and vision to the role, ensuring that Ellesmere Port Golf Club continues to thrive as a premier destination for golfers and social members alike. As part of this new direction, Green has revealed plans for several major developments for 2025.

Exciting Developments for 2025

“One of the first major projects is the installation of a state-of-the-art drainage system, ensuring that the course remains in top condition year-round. This investment will provide members with consistently high-quality play, regardless of the season,” he explained.

“The clubhouse is undergoing a full-scale renovation to create a modern, inviting space for members to relax and socialise. In addition, the gym is being upgraded with cutting-edge equipment to support the health and fitness goals of our members.

“We’re also excited to introduce a brand-new Social Membership, which offers access to our vibrant social calendar. From themed evenings and networking events to live entertainment and family activities, there will be something for everyone to enjoy, even off the fairways.

“Our goal is to create a golf and social destination that is welcoming to all. These developments represent the first steps in building a vibrant community hub that goes beyond golf, offering something truly special for all of Ellesmere Port.”

A Pivotal Moment for the Club

This is a pivotal moment for Ellesmere Port Golf Club as it merges its facilities into one cohesive vision. These updates represent their commitment to members, guests, and the broader community, with the hope that 2025 will be a year to remember.
