Isabella Retains Her Title in Style
The CCLGA Junior Championship was held at Lymm Golf Club, who proved to be superb hosts both on and off the course.
With good weather and largely bright sunshine, players and spectators enjoyed the challenge of a course that was set up to test the competitors.
County junior captain Milly Tighe (Ringway) led the competitors around the challenging course.
Styal’s Isabella Taylor-Stokes rose to the occasion, defending her title as County Junior Girls Champion with a sensational course record of 69, a truly impressive achievement.
The County Championship Trophy was presented by county president Pam Draper, along with a special prize donated by the president.
Taylor-Stokes also won a dozen golf balls for her victory in the Justin Rose/Daily Telegraph Gross qualifying event.
