Tee Off at the Inaugural Manchester Adventure Golf Masters This October
Dino Falls Adventure Golf, located at Trafford Golf Centre, proudly announces the inaugural Manchester Adventure Golf Masters this October.
Scheduled for 12th October, this event marks the first-ever World Minigolf Federation (WMF) competition to be held at Manchester’s largest outdoor adventure golf venue.
The event will serve as a qualifying round for the 2024/25 WMF World Adventure Golf Tour, featuring a competition including both experienced minigolf players and rookies.
The Manchester Adventure Golf Masters aims to attract a diverse range of participants, both local and from further afield, with entry fees set at £27 for adults and £15 for juniors (aged 8 to 18).
Pete Styles, Director of Golf at Trafford Golf Centre, expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming event:

“This event not only highlights the growing popularity of minigolf but also showcases our fantastic facilities.

Manchester Adventure Golf Masters Event Details
- Date: 12th October 2024
- Location: Dino Falls Adventure Golf, Trafford Golf Centre, Old Park Lane, Manchester M17 8PG
- Entry Fees: £27 adults, £15 juniors (aged 8–18)
- Practice Times: 7:00am – 10:45am
- Event Start: 11:00am
- Format:
- First three rounds in a shotgun format on the Rapids course.
- Final fourth round in reverse order with a rolling start from hole one of the Rapids course.
- Prizes:
- Overall Champion: Trophy, £500, and free entry into the WAGT Tour Final at Aces Minigolf, Gloucester, in May 2025. Cash prizes for runners-up. All competitors are eligible.
- Rookie Champion: Trophy and a prize of at least £200.
- Top Junior (Rookie): Trophy and prize.
- A full list of prizes will be announced before the event.
Richard Jones, organiser and competitive minigolf player, added:
“The Manchester Adventure Golf Masters is a fantastic opportunity for both seasoned players and newcomers to the sport to compete in a world-class setting.
“I’m particularly looking forward to having an event that will bring competitive minigolf to the North West and hope that a lot of local players will take part.
“We can’t wait to see everyone out on the course.”
A special practice evening will also be planned for late September, where experienced players will offer advice on how to navigate the course.
Sponsors for the event include Concrete Links Co, who have generously donated £250 towards the prize fund and will host a stall on the day showcasing their Golf Adjacent Street Style For(e) Everyone.
