Scotty Cameron OC Putters Phantom 11R OC and Fastback OC
Scotty Cameron OC putters launch on 14 November 2025 with low-torque shaft placement positioned behind the leading edge and aligned with the centre of gravity.
The new Phantom 11R OC and Studio Style Fastback OC models combine minimal face rotation with traditional feel and feedback.
Onset Center Shaft Configuration in New Models
The Scotty Cameron OC putters feature Onset Center shaft positioning that places the shaft behind the putter head’s leading edge whilst aligning it with the front-to-back centre of gravity. This configuration minimises torque during the putting stroke.
The shaft placement creates a square feel for golfers seeking to reduce face rotation. Both models feature one degree of shaft lean, which promotes a neutral setup position and maintains familiar hand positioning.
Austie Rollinson, Scotty Cameron’s Senior Director of Putter R&D, said:
In the last few years, we’ve seen a growing number of golfers who want to minimise the feel of face rotation in the stroke via putter setup. We now have an entirely new configuration for golfers who want to feel a square, straight-back-and-through path.
Chain-Link Face Milling Across Both Designs
The Phantom 11R OC uses chain-link face milling across the entire putter face. This pattern softens impact sound whilst preserving feedback that helps identify strike location on the clubhead.
The Studio Style Fastback OC incorporates a Studio Carbon Steel face insert featuring the same chain-link milling pattern.
Both designs prioritise feel and feedback, addressing common limitations found in other low-torque putter designs.
Rollinson added: “It became clear that low-torque putters often come at the cost of feel, so we designed our OC models to minimise face rotation while maintaining responsiveness and feedback.”
The chain-link milling delivers consistent roll performance across different impact points on the face. This technology maintains connection to the putting stroke despite the reduced torque characteristics.
Phantom 11R OC Mallet Specifications
The Phantom 11R OC builds on the Phantom 11 platform using multi-material mallet construction. The 11R shape features softer, more rounded edges than the standard Phantom 11 head design.

A single alignment line extends back to the shaft position. The high-MOI design provides stability through impact whilst the rounded profile creates a distinct visual appearance at address.
This model is available in both right-handed and left-handed configurations. The Phantom 11R OC features a head weight 10 grams heavier than standard Scotty Cameron models.
Studio Style Fastback OC Mid-Mallet Design
The Studio Style Fastback OC shares the footprint of the 2025 Fastback model. Ring-weighted construction combines 303 stainless steel with 6061 aircraft aluminium materials.

High-contrast alignment features include a single sight line for clean visual reference at address. The mid-mallet profile sits between traditional blade styles and larger mallet designs.
The Fastback OC maintains the Studio Style family’s construction methods whilst incorporating the Onset Center shaft configuration. This model is available in right-handed specification only.
Custom Shaft and Grip Components
OC putters include a custom black shaft with flex properties designed to match the increased head weight. The shaft specification is stiffer than standard offerings to maintain feel with the 10-gram weight addition.
A tapered Matador Mid grip comes fitted as standard equipment. This grip style provides connection through the hands whilst accommodating the low-torque setup.
All OC putter models allow loft and lie angle customisation without compromising the low-torque performance characteristics. This adjustability enables golfers to modify specifications as needed for their stroke.
Available Lengths and Pricing
Both models are available in 33-inch, 34-inch and 35-inch lengths. Each putter features 3.5 degrees of loft and a 70-degree lie angle as standard specifications.
The Scotty Cameron OC putters retail at £549 and are available for pre-order now through Titleist.com. Clubs will reach authorised golf retailers worldwide from 14 November 2025.
Scotty Cameron maintains its position as a leading putter brand on professional tours. The OC range expands the company’s shaft and neck configuration options within the Studio Style and Phantom putter families.
