Sentosa Golf Club Trackman Range: Asia’s First Public Grass Facility
The Sentosa Golf Club Trackman Range has officially opened, marking the first time in Asia that golfers can enjoy state-of-the-art radar technology on a full grass surface.
Available to both members and the public, the facility combines world-leading performance analysis with the natural feel of turf practice.
Trackman Technology Arrives at Sentosa Golf Club Driving Range
Set against the dramatic backdrop of Sentosa’s championship courses – The Serapong and The Tanjong – the new range uses advanced radar bays to deliver instant feedback on ball flight and club data.

Golfers can also access interactive practice modes and in-depth performance analysis to sharpen their game.
Andy Johnston, General Manager and Director of Agronomy at Sentosa Golf Club, said:
“The installation of Trackman to the Range at Sentosa Golf Club marks a significant milestone for golf in Asia. By uniting the world’s most advanced technology with the premium feel of club on turf, we are delivering an experience that is both world-class and accessible to all golfers.”
Combining World-Class Innovation with Sustainability
The launch further reinforces Sentosa Golf Club’s standing as a pioneer in innovation and environmental stewardship.
The Serapong, recently named Asia’s Best Golf Course at the 2024 World Golf Awards, continues to host prestigious tournaments including the HSBC Women’s World Championship and LIV Golf Singapore.
Beyond accolades, the club is globally recognised for its sustainability leadership, becoming the first golf club to sign the United Nations Sports for Climate Action Initiative.
Launch Celebrates SG60 Charity Golf Day
The first golfers to experience the new Trackman Range will be participants in the SG60 Charity Golf Day, which coincides with the unveiling.
Proceeds from the event will support nationwide community and youth development projects, celebrating Singapore’s 60th anniversary of independence.
Johnston added:
“Sentosa Golf Club has always been deeply committed to supporting the wider Singaporean community, and we are honoured to mark the nation’s 60th anniversary by giving back through this special charitable initiative.”
