Titleist Launches New T-Series Irons for 2025
Titleist has officially revealed its much-anticipated next generation of T-Series irons for 2025, offering new models and refinements across the range.
The updated family includes revised versions of the T100, T150 and T350, alongside two brand-new additions: the T250 and the T250 Launch Spec.
Each model is built with a specific type of player in mind but designed to blend seamlessly with others in a mixed set – a setup increasingly favoured by Titleist’s team of tour professionals and low-handicap amateurs alike.
Josh Talge, Titleist’s Senior Vice President of Golf Club Marketing states:
“With the new T-Series lineup, not only do we have higher-performing products across the board, but we truly have an iron for every dedicated golfer out there.”
The entire lineup has been developed with a focus on distance consistency, launch optimisation and spin control – key performance characteristics across every iron in the bag.
What’s New in the 2025 T-Series Irons?
T100 – The Tour-Proven Choice
A favourite among elite ball-strikers, the T100 remains the most played iron model on the PGA TOUR.
The 2025 update features refined grooves for better spin performance – particularly from the rough – and a new muscle channel in the 3- and 4-irons to help improve long iron launch.
With a forged construction and compact profile, the T100 continues to be the go-to option for players like Jordan Spieth and Ludvig Åberg.
T150 – A Faster, Forgiving Player’s Iron
The T150 retains the forged feel of the T100 but with a slightly larger profile and stronger lofts to produce extra speed and launch.
It’s designed for players who want a little more forgiveness without sacrificing control. Key updates include a reworked muscle channel and an improved Variable Face Thickness (VFT) design for added speed on off-centre strikes.
T250 – Redesigned for Speed and Stability
Replacing the outgoing T200, the T250 represents a total redesign.
It features a hollow-body construction, forged L-face, and upgraded Max Impact technology. With a thicker topline and slightly wider sole, it’s aimed at golfers who want a powerful, stable iron that still looks and feels like a player’s club.
Early adopters on tour include Justin Thomas and Wyndham Clark, both of whom put the T250 into play shortly after its tour debut.
“T250 is all about consistent speed and launch,” said Marni Ines, Director of Iron Development at Titleist. He adds:
“We’ve designed it to give golfers the performance they expect, without any surprises from one strike to the next.”
T250 Launch Spec – Built for High Launch and Control
A completely new addition, the T250 Launch Spec is designed for players with moderate swing speeds who need help achieving launch and stopping power into the greens.
With weaker lofts and lighter headweights, this version delivers a higher launch window and softer landings. It shares the same construction and visual profile as the standard T250.
T350 – Forgiveness Without Compromise
The most forgiving iron in the lineup, the T350 offers maximum launch and distance in a large, confidence-inspiring head shape.
With a deep centre of gravity, fast face, and progressive groove design, the T350 is aimed at golfers looking for easy height and consistency.
Fitters’ Focus: Blended Sets and Custom Options
Titleist continues to prioritise precision through custom fitting.
Their SureFit fitting system allows for detailed adjustments to lie, loft, and weight, while a wide range of shafts and grips are available through custom order.
Fitting is especially important with the T-Series range, where many players will combine multiple models to optimise performance throughout the bag.
“Around 80% of our tour players now use blended sets,” noted Talge. “Having consistency in feel and visual profile across all models allows for better distance gapping and shot versatility.”
Availability and Pricing
The new T-Series irons are available for fittings and pre-order from 10 July 2025, and will arrive in golf retailers globally from 21 August 2025.
