TaylorMade Opens The Kingdom Fitting Centre at The Grove
TaylorMade Golf Company has confirmed plans to open its first European fitting facility at The Grove in Hertfordshire.
The Kingdom at The Grove will launch in spring 2026, bringing the brand’s flagship custom fitting experience to the UK market.
The new centre replicates TaylorMade’s original Kingdom facility in Carlsbad, California, which has become known for fitting tour professionals including Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood.
The UK location will offer the same technology and approach used to fit players on the professional circuits.
State-of-the-Art Fitting Technology and Facilities
The Kingdom at The Grove will house three fitting bays equipped with Trackman, Foresight, GEARS and Quintic technology.
The facility will include a putting studio, custom workshop, lounge and locker room. All TaylorMade products will be available for testing and fitting.
The building uses a timber structure with integrated solar panels to reduce its environmental impact. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year on the site adjacent to The Grove’s main golf course.
David Abeles, President and CEO of TaylorMade Golf, said:
We’re delighted to unveil our first The Kingdom location outside of the United States at The Grove, near London. The Kingdom has been an iconic part of the TaylorMade brand for many years, and we’re thrilled to bring it to a new market enabling more golfers to experience what we do best.
Driving Range Redesign by Kyle Phillips
The project includes a complete reconstruction of The Grove’s driving range by Kyle Phillips Golf Course Design.
The new grass range will measure approximately 7.4 acres and extend 293 metres, with a 600 square metre teeing area positioned in front of the fitting building.
Phillips will incorporate design elements from the original Kingdom facility in California while integrating the aesthetic of The Grove’s existing layout.
The development also features a redesigned 4,000 square metre short game area for wedge fitting and practice.
Around 40 new trees will be planted across the site during construction. The complete facility will cover 8.5 acres.
On-Site Club Building Workshop
The facility includes a workshop where clubs can be built on the same day as fitting sessions. This service will be available to both resort guests and visitors attending The Kingdom specifically for custom fitting.

David Silvers, Vice President and Managing Director EMEAP at TaylorMade Golf, commented:
The Grove was a natural fit with its five-star luxury resort aligning perfectly with the premium nature of the TaylorMade brand. Not only is it in a perfect location, just outside the biggest city in our biggest European market, but it boasts exceptional facilities alongside a top-class golf course with Tour heritage.
Anna Darnell, General Manager of The Grove, added:
“It’s fantastic to be able to announce this partnership with TaylorMade Golf. To partner with TaylorMade, who have some of the most innovative products on the market, and a portfolio of the game’s most elite athletes, The Kingdom at The Grove will further enhance our guest experience and strengthen our position as the Number One Golf Resort in England.”
The Grove has previously hosted the WGC-American Express Championship and the British Masters. Bookings for The Kingdom at The Grove are expected to open later in 2025.
