Scotty Cameron Studio Xperimental Limited 2025 Putters Announced
Scotty Cameron has launched the 2025 Studio Xperimental Limited line, featuring two tour prototype-inspired putter designs available from 31st October 2025.
The exclusive release includes the Squareback 2 and Fastback 2 models, priced at $850 each and available in select Titleist golf shops worldwide whilst supplies last.
The compact mallets combine multi-material construction with a Steel Grey PVD finish and black nickel-plated Studio Carbon Steel face inserts.
Both models feature chain-link face milling, custom Full Contact Slim grips and specially engineered graphite shafts designed to enhance stability through the stroke.
Multi-Material Construction and Face Technology
The Studio Xperimental Limited putters utilise a 303 stainless steel body paired with 6061 aluminium sole components. This combination provides optimal weight distribution across both head shapes.
Both models incorporate black nickel-plated SCS face inserts with chain-link face milling. The texture reduces touch points at impact, improving roll whilst maintaining feedback through the putter face. Parallel sight lines highlight the sweet spot and frame the golf ball at address.

For this release, we also focused on optimising the putters’ balance with custom graphite shafts that are stiffer and slightly counterbalanced to give players added stability through the stroke.
Squareback 2 and Fastback 2 Design Features
The Studio Xperimental Limited Squareback 2 offers a mid-mallet setup with angular lines at address.
Players who prefer setting up to sharper edges will find the squared profile suits their alignment preferences. The model features an I-beam plumbing neck for moderate toe flow and enhanced MOI properties for stability.
The Fastback 2 combines Scotty Cameron’s I-beam plumbing neck with a ring-weighted, rounded mid-mallet shape.
This model is also available in a left-handed configuration. Like the Squareback 2, it features enhanced two-tone alignment and higher MOI characteristics for consistent performance.
Both putters share common design elements, including cherry red translucent dots, Scotty’s 3 Point Crown, and a durable Steel Grey PVD finish that resists glare in varying light conditions.
Custom Shaft and Grip Specifications
Each putter includes a custom-engineered graphite shaft with premium construction. The shaft design incorporates slight counterbalancing to provide stability and precise feedback throughout the putting stroke.
The putters come fitted with a custom Full Contact Slim grip as standard. This completes the setup alongside the specialist shaft technology.
